This service is for Canadian citizens and permanent residents who want to sponsor a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, dependent child, or parent or grandparent.

Scope
What we help with
Focused support across the family sponsorship pathways we see most often.
Family Class
Often called outland. Usually more travel flexibility, and IAD appeal rights are typically available if refused. An open work permit is not automatic.
SCLPC Class
Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class. An open work permit is usually available while PR is processed. Travel during processing carries risk, and there is normally no IAD appeal.
Dependent children
Sponsorship of dependent children, with attention to eligibility, custody documents, and supporting evidence.
