Provincial Nominee

Provincial nominee pathways, assessed carefully before you apply

Focused help with Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta programs, plus other provincial options when they make sense for your file.

Overview

What Provincial Nominee Programs are

Each province and territory can nominate people who meet local economic and labour needs for permanent residence.

A provincial nomination is not a guarantee of permanent residence, but it is an important step. Many streams lead to a federal permanent residence application after nomination.

If you are in Express Entry, a provincial nomination adds 600 points to your CRS score.

Programs

Programs we commonly help with

We focus on Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta, and review other provinces when they are a better fit.

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

Ontario streams for workers, students, and employers, including Express Entry-aligned options when they apply.

British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

BC streams for skilled workers, international graduates, and other candidates who meet provincial priorities.

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)

Alberta pathways for workers and other candidates who meet the province’s current stream criteria.

Other provincial pathways

When another province fits your profile better, we can review that option honestly and decide whether it is worth pursuing.
